Brickmania is a family-run business literally run from our kitchen table. While we make every effort to make sure orders are processed quickly and accurate, high order volume, delays in parts shipments, family crisis, etc. can affect fulfillment time. We will do our best to keep in contact you if an unusual delay occurs. We also post "time to ship" information in the item description for products we know to have a delayed shipping date. We generally hold the entire order in the event that one of the items is experiencing a delay, but may send them separately at our own discretion. RETURN / REPLACEMENT POLICY
I fully back up all Brickmania products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee against missing or defective parts. Please contact us immediately should a problem arise with your purchase and we will promptly reply to your questions and/or send replacements parts if needed. If you are still not satisfied, please return the kit within 60 days for a full refund of your purchase price (minus shipping cost). Please send all return products by insured or registered mail to our address below. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit.
