Note for our International customers: Effective July 1st, 2021, all international orders will be placed using ZONOS International Checkout. All purchases show your total price, including VAT, duties, and any fees if applicable, in accordance with your local laws, for a quicker and painless shipping experience.

Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday and is closed on national holidays and weekends.

Expedited shipping:
UPS Next Day Air will deliver the next business day. UPS does not operate on weekends or Holidays. (Orders placed on Friday with Next Day Air will be delivered on Monday). Orders must be placed by 1:00pm US Central Time to qualify for guaranteed Next Day Delivery.
Free shipping: Brickmania® will select the most reliable and cost-effective carrier for your location. You may either choose free shipping to a valid location, or choose a preferred carrier, but not both. Free shipping orders are subject to combination for the lowest cost so long as it does not delay shipment.
State Sales Tax: Please note that in accordance with local law, Brickmania collects state sales taxes from customers, states included (but not limited to) CA, CO, GA, IN, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, NE, NV, NJ, NC, OH, PA, UT, WA, WI.
Note to Colorado customers: Effective July 1st 2022, a $0.27 surcharge is applied to all orders shipping to Colorado in accordance with state retail delivery fees.
International Shipments:
All International orders placed on Brickmania will be processed through Zonos, with a Landed Cost Guarantee. We are unable to accommodate any requests for order modification or payment less than your total calculated amount, containing any duties, taxes, or fees shown at checkout through Landed Cost Guarantee.

- UPS Expedited: 2-7 days
- UPS Express: 1-3 days
- UPS Economy DDP: 7-21 days
- NOTE: tracking may not be available until package leaves the US
- DHL Express: 2-7 days
- NOTE: We cannot ship to a PO Box via DHL.
We no longer offer USPS International services effective June 30, 2021
Important International Notes: We are only able to offer DHL shipping to Korea, France and Brazil. Orders to the Philippines must have prior approval from the customer service team or they are subject to cancellation. Due to trade regulations and customs we are unable to accept orders to China. Feel free to check out our official reseller from Singapore Ministry of Arms, they speak fluent Chinese and have no restrictions or problems with customs on shipments to China. Otherwise check out our other international resellers.
Note to UK Customers: following the exit from the European Union, Brickmania is required to collect VAT international taxes from customers in accordance with new rules governing imports. All required orders show your total price with local VAT and additional duties and fees disclosed.

Note For New Customers: International customers without established order histories are encouraged to use a PayPal verified account for payment to expedite the verification process and ensure orders are shipped promptly. International orders exceeding a value of $400.00 USD with no prior history must be paid via this method.

Returns
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Products may be returned for refund in both unopened and undamaged condition only. Note that if the factory seal is broken the product is NOT eligible for refund or return. The refunded amount will be based upon the product total (plus tax), shipping costs are not refundable. Note that unopened kits returned in damaged condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please contact us within 14 days if there was a missing item or any other issues regarding your package or delivery.
NOTE: All sales of Digital Instructions (eBooks), Sticker Packs, 3D printed accessories, UV printed accessories, BrickArms® and Perfect Caliber™ items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchange.
T-Shirts may be exchanged for different sizes of like design only. Shirts must be in unworn and in unwashed condition to be exchanged. All BrickArms® and Minifig Cat sales are final. For any issues, contact store@brickmania.com.

Can I use a coupon or sale on a previous purchase?
No. Any order containing an item that was, or is, on presale at any point during the length of the sale is not eligible for a promotional discount.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
